Administrative Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Hedland on a permanent part-time basis.
The successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have a love for customer service. They will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate client and provider records
- Coordinate fleet activities
- Arrange meetings and schedule appointments with internal and external stakeholders
- Process financial documentation, including invoices
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of client/employee/supplier documentation
- Sustain a high standard of customer service by distributing incoming calls, faxes, and emails to relevant parties
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements
- Support the orientation and onboarding of new providers
What You Need to Succeed
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Well-developed communication, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Prior experience with data entry in complex systems is highly desirable
