Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive remuneration package, including a salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the RoleWe are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to oversee our vibrant Customer Engagement Hub in our brand-new Toowoomba office. Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager of Organisational Effectiveness and Communication, you will play a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement Hub Management: Oversee customer overflow calls from branches and lead a small team in the Customer Hub.
- Travel Coordination: Manage domestic and international travel bookings, focusing on policy and process improvements.
- Front Desk Operations: Ensure the front desk is running smoothly, welcoming visitors and ensuring a positive experience.
- Meeting Room Management: Prepare meeting rooms, coordinate catering, and work with other team members to ensure meetings are set up efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or studying towards preferable
- Experience in Office Management or Administration, with skills in handling daily office operations and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communication Skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders and adjust your communication style accordingly.
- Project and Event Coordination Skills, with experience managing events or similar projects preferred.
