  • Troubleshoot PC issues through hotline/remote assistance and inquiry
  • Resolve mailbox issues for users
  • Set up and install new PCs/laptops/monitors/desk phones for employees
  • Install software and company applications/antivirus on user devices
  • Replace PC hardware (e.g., graphics cards, RAM cards)
  • Install IT peripherals (printers/headsets/webcams/docking stations)
  • Maintain up-to-date operating systems/software/antivirus versions on user devices
  • Organize and tidy up user desk cables
  • Collaborate with the client's IT team on assigned tasks
  • Perform basic mobile device and application installations and troubleshooting
