The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced-level technical support to large enterprise customers, managing high-impact technical cases, and collaborating with other engineers to ensure timely status updates and customer communication. A deep understanding of NICE CXone products is essential, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing advanced technical support work.

Key responsibilities include direct ownership for resolution and troubleshooting of cases, working closely with other engineers, and end-to-end case management to ensure timely status updates and customer communication. The ideal candidate will also have experience with SaaS, Telecommunications, contact center software, and computer networking, as well as scripting or programming experience using APIs and proxies.
