This is an exciting opportunity to join NBCUniversal's IT Workplace Operations Team as a TechEx specialist. Based in Australia, you will be part of a dynamic team that continues to grow and expand its services.

**About the Role**

The TechEx team requires individuals with high-level customer focus, technical flexibility, and agility. You will need to work flexible hours and support multiple locations in Southeast Asia and ANZ. Your primary responsibility will be to provide 1st and 2nd line desk-side support services for NBCUniversal International on various technologies, including Windows and Mac hardware, and mobile devices.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Identify and deliver service improvements aligned with the company's goals by prioritizing technology initiatives and supporting the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technologies.

- Provide support to the infrastructure teams for remote hands and eyes to assist in resolving technical faults.

- Collaborate with all IT groups to resolve incidents/requests and ensure minimal impact on customers.

- Ensure adherence to all NBCU international policies, processes, and procedures, as well as support continual service improvement activity where appropriate.

- Assist with product evaluation and introducing new technologies into operational support.

**Customer Focus**

Customer skills are equally important as technical skills, combining both to deliver a world-class service. Effectively manage Incidents and Requests, ensuring customers are informed of progress and escalating where necessary.

**Qualifications**

- TIL v3 Foundation Certification or equivalent experience managing Incidents and requests in a Windows and Mac environment.

- Demonstrated experience supporting systems running Windows & Mac OSX.

- Demonstrated experience setting up and supporting mobile devices such as Apple iPhone/iPad, Blackberry, Android, and Windows phones.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Strong customer focus and delivery.

- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Object management Microsoft Active Directory.

- Anti-virus protection solutions.

**Salary:** Estimated $80,000 - $110,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
