Customer Success Role at CreditorWatch

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team at CreditorWatch. As a key member of our Customer Experience Group, you will be responsible for identifying, supporting, and delivering engaging customer experiences across our product suite.

Your primary focus will be on proactive, hands-on phone-based account management support, engaging with clients to help them realise value in our products. You will also be responsible for delivering on-client retention and adoption targets, understanding the metrics that matter from both business and client perspectives, and solving problems to continuously improve outcomes delivered.

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 1-2 years prior Customer Success experience within a Tech or SaaS business. You will be commercially minded, have strong communication, objection handling, and problem-solving skills, and be able to take a holistic approach with our clients to find gaps and opportunities in turn providing unique and creative solutions to drive high levels of retention while limiting churn.
