Australian Unity seeks a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Sales Team. This Permanent Full-Time role offers a hybrid work model, providing the flexibility you need.
In this position, you will primarily be making outbound calls to prospective and current customers to support them in transitioning to a Home Care Package. You will use a customer-centric model to educate people on the value of our Home Health services and why Australian Unity is the right provider for them.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Proactively contacting pipeline customers to understand their Home Care journey and identify next action steps
- Assisting current customers with their transition to Home Care Package Funding
- Identifying client problems and providing solutions using your knowledge of all Australian Unity Home Health services available
- Consistently tracking the pipeline through their journey, providing education, information, and assistance as needed to progress them
- Database remediation, reviewing customer information, and actioning referrals in line with regulatory service requirements
- Developing superior knowledge of Australian Unity products, services, and consulting with customers to match the best outcome
- Collaborating with operations to deliver a seamless experience to our customers
- Upselling, cross-selling, and promoting all services and products across the Australian Unity brands and referring as needed
This role requires someone who can identify needs and match these with solutions, communicate the value of what they are offering, and develop trusted relationships. We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people and aligns with our values of being Warm, Bold & Honest. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, confident using technology systems, and have a commitment to continual learning, we'd like to hear from you.
