About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Charterhouse. As a key member of our customer contact centre, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service across various channels by responding to customer enquiries and providing solutions that enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer and stakeholder service delivery.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
  • Resolve 80% of customer contacts independently to ensure satisfaction without escalation.
  • Continuously improve processes, systems and customer experiences to align with best practices.
  • Utilise internal systems to manage transactions for internal and external customers.
  • Build successful partnerships with customers and service providers.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Comply with workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and contribute to a safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience in a call centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide quality customer service and build relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Windows operational systems and multiple information systems.
  • Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
