Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Services Operations Coordinator to support key areas of the business and provide all-round assistance.

The successful candidate will have at least one year's experience in a corporate office environment or customer service role, maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare meeting rooms as required
  • Check audio visual, telephony, and associated hardware for functionality and report any issues
  • Assist with setup and clearing of boardroom functions
  • Perform facilities requests, including basic office maintenance, troubleshooting, and chaperoning technicians
  • Provide reception coverage and answer calls when required

About You:

We are looking for a team player with a professional and courteous approach, strong communication skills, and adaptability.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least one year's experience in a corporate office environment or customer service role
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion
  • Interact and collaborate effectively while working with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
