Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Services Operations Coordinator to support key areas of the business and provide all-round assistance.
The successful candidate will have at least one year's experience in a corporate office environment or customer service role, maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare meeting rooms as required
- Check audio visual, telephony, and associated hardware for functionality and report any issues
- Assist with setup and clearing of boardroom functions
- Perform facilities requests, including basic office maintenance, troubleshooting, and chaperoning technicians
- Provide reception coverage and answer calls when required
About You:
We are looking for a team player with a professional and courteous approach, strong communication skills, and adaptability.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least one year's experience in a corporate office environment or customer service role
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion
- Interact and collaborate effectively while working with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
