A senior role has become available in our Melbourne office for an experienced business operations coordinator. This is a pivotal position that demands exceptional time management and organisational skills, an eye for detail and respect of confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to resolve complex and strategic challenges as they arise, with previous administration experience in an Assistant or similar role supporting at the Executive level.

Responsibilities include diary and email management (operating in Global Time Zones), travel arrangements and provision of travel briefs, management of Town Halls both Hybrid and within Interstate Offices, and supporting governance frameworks (ie Training & CPD Points management) Managing BCP Plans.

We are seeking a flexible working environment with three days per week to support leader from the newly refurbished offices. In return, you can expect a competitive salary of AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
