Job Overview

This full-time role is available in our South location. As a Customer Service Liaison Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for Baptcare's Home Care Package services via phone.

You will manage customer account administration tasks, including service schedules and budgets, coordination of services for clients, and invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional internal and external customer service via telephone to Home Care Package customers and private fee-for-service customers.
  • Liaise daily with Baptcare customers to provide administrative support for customer care plans.
  • Perform daily administration tasks, updating customer notes, budgets, schedules, and processing invoices.
  • Prepare month-end reports.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar phone-based role with high volume incoming calls and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the Aged Care sector is highly regarded.
  • Qualification in Office Administration or Support, or relevant experience.
