We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at our Lyndhurst facility in Dandenong South, Melbourne. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics services.

Job Description:
  • Manage and resolve customer enquiries via email and telephone in a timely and professional manner
  • Partner with operations teams to ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with and resolved in a timely manner
  • Diagnose and resolve inbound customer service enquiries where applicable
  • Conduct enquiries with internal stakeholders prior to escalating complex customer enquiries
  • Produce KPI reports and perform general administration tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing, logistics or distribution environment
  • A good understanding of fast-paced logistics/retail operations
  • Extensive experience in providing high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Impressive credentials in developing strong relationships and rapport with customers and internal operations staff
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • IT skills (Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS)
