Job Description

This role is responsible for acting as the liaison between the office and warehouse teams, coordinating day-to-day operations, and ensuring excellent customer experience. The successful candidate will have great attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and knowledge of MicroSoft Office applications.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the coordination of timely and efficient dispatch and receipt of goods throughout the warehouse.
  • Loading plans for next day delivery, local and regional.
  • Preparing and processing relevant documentation and maintaining records.
  • Key liaison between operations and sales/branches teams.
  • Assisting in maintaining inventory accuracy at the site.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Great attention to detail, specifically in relation to accurate record keeping and document preparation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MicroSoft Office applications.
  • SAP exposure, specifically in the front end.
  • Ability to manage your own time and prioritise effectively.
  • Customer-focused.
  • Strong analytical skills.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
