About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work as a front-facing representative, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting employment services programs through direct promotion, business development, and event coordination.
You will leverage your strong administration and organisational skills to ensure the smooth operation of our office, while effectively managing the coordination of day-to-day activities of our field-based staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and systems related to customer service and sales.
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate logistics for field staff and participants.
- Offer expert advice and information on employment services to job seekers, employers, and other stakeholders.
- Address compliance issues with participants who may have missed requirements.
- Perform administrative tasks to support overall operations and provide post-placement support to job seekers and employers.
We are seeking a candidate with a qualification in business/customer service or similar (preferred), and previous experience within Employment Services, Jobactive/Workforce Australia, Community Services, Sales, or Call Centre (highly advantageous).
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence and converse with diverse groups of people.
Other essential qualities include being passionate about helping others, highly developed administration and organisational skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities.
