Job Description
As an Administrative Coordinator at Easygo, you will provide top-notch administrative support to our senior staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your role will involve coordinating meetings, managing records, and maintaining confidentiality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide expert support to senior staff, handling tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and accommodations, and ensure all necessary documentation is in order.
- Record Management: Develop and implement effective filing systems, maintain accurate records, and ensure secure storage of confidential information.
- CORRESPONDENCE AND REPORTS: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to a high standard.
- Mail and Packages: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with record management software.
