We're partnering with a prominent Eastern Suburbs civil construction company to find an exceptional Senior Administrative Support Coordinator. This pivotal role involves providing high-level administrative support to senior management, ensuring seamless operations and fostering a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives' schedules, calendars, and appointments efficiently
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, considering logistics and timelines
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and presentations, showcasing attention to detail
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and other administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role is essential
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required

Salary: Approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
