Aveo - Administration Assistant
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences?
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team at Roseville Retirement Living in Doncaster East.
This is a part-time opportunity, with 55 hours per fortnight,
set working days from Monday to Friday.

Salary: $27.17 per hour + relevant award entitlements

About the Role:
This role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the community.
You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide a caring and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support, including reception duties and greeting residents and visitors.
  • Assist with the distribution of mail and email correspondence, and coordinate events within the community.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including residents, visitors, community groups, contractors, and fellow company colleagues.
  • Complete ad-hoc duties delegated by the Community Manager, and provide vital support in their absence.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing administration or reception environment.
  • Intermediate computer skills and adaptability to learn new software programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate work and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and commitments.
  • Current Police Check certificate (required).
  • Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date (required).
