Responsibilities- Conduct thorough building safety and security checks, identifying potential hazards and reporting them to the duty manager.
- Welcome members entering the warehouse, verifying their membership cards, and offering assistance when needed.
- Monitor building access, reporting the arrival of armored transport vehicles and discreetly observing cash handling procedures.
- Greet exiting members, checking the accuracy of their receipts, and arranging assistance for any corrections or concerns.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to members, directing them to products and services, and assisting with loading and shopping needs.
- Perform after-hours exit door checks, reporting any suspicious activity to the duty manager and calling the police if necessary.
- Assist with front-end duties as needed, supporting the efficient operation of our stores.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and support for our members.
We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Benefits and CompensationWe offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
