About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting our payroll, rostering, and time & attendance systems. With a strong focus on user support and system maintenance, you will serve as the primary contact for business-as-usual payroll system queries and activities during our broader technology transformation period.
You will work closely with the Payroll Systems Manager across all aspects of payroll system support and be part of a large supportive payroll team with a great work culture engaged in positive transformation.
This role is based in St Leonards with hybrid opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Reviewing, actioning, and allocating payroll system queries and requests
- Providing training and support for UKG Pro, ichris, and HR21 users as required
- Generating reports to respond to business requests
- Generating and maintaining systems-related documentation, including training documentation
- Supporting system maintenance, configuration, upgrades, and projects
- Monitoring system integration processes
- Assisting in process improvement
- Developing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About You
- Commitment to engaging and aligning with HammondCare's Mission, Motivation, and Mission in Action
- 3+ years' experience in UKG Pro or other UKG(Kronos) products in a system support capacity
- 5+ years' experience in payroll services and systems
- Understanding of Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong and effective communicator, with proven ability to provide training and support using various delivery mediums
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team that supports end-users working in health and aged care services
- Prior knowledge and experience of working with aged care/healthcare are highly advantageous
- Experience working with iChris and HR21 is desirable
- Experience working with Workday HCM is desirable
