The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Systems Support Specialist to join our team at HammondCare. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for providing user support and system maintenance for our UKG Pro, ichris, and HR21 systems.

In this role, you will work closely with our Payroll Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our payroll systems. You will also be responsible for generating reports to respond to business requests, maintaining system documentation, and supporting system upgrades and projects.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in payroll services and systems, with experience in UKG Pro or other Kronos products. You will also have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Prior knowledge of working with aged care/healthcare is highly advantageous.

Benefits
