Payroll Systems Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Payroll Systems Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Payroll, Rostering, and Time Attendance systems. You will work closely with our Workday HRIS implementation team to ensure seamless integration with our new cloud-based platform.
Key Responsibilities- Analysis and design of iChris, UKG Pro, and Workday: Ensuring all systems are in sync with data fit for consumption across all systems.
- BAU support of iChris and UKG Pro: Ensuring the systems are fit for purpose to deliver on operational requirements.
- Reporting & Governance: Providing regular reporting based on business and legislative requirements in a timely manner.
- Subject Matter Expert for payroll and rostering software applications: Using hands-on experience and technical skills to identify and setup the software to meet operational needs.
- Key system administration: Establishing access/profiles/permissions, user accounts, and assisting Employee Portal end-users to troubleshoot.
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare's Christian Mission, Motivation, and Mission in Action.
- 5+ years' experience in working with and managing iChris software, with a strong understanding of the architecture.
- 5+ years' experience in working with UKG Pro software (previously Kronos).
- Strong and effective communicator. Ability to synthesise and effectively communicate complex systems issues in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
