Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organized and efficiently run, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining the office environment.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external parties, including responding to emails, making phone calls, and attending meetings.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative problems in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a business or corporate environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with inventory systems and MYOB data entry.

What We Offer

A competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.
