We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Management Specialist to join our team at the r2p Group in Bella Vista, Australia.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects in a sustainable and innovative industry, leveraging the latest technologies to deliver successful outcomes. As a Senior Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with project planning and execution, risk and issue management, resource allocation, follow-up on tasks and deliverables, tracking and monitoring projects, preparing project reports, performance metrics, and providing post-implementation support.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Manage project resources effectively, allocating tasks and responsibilities to team members as needed.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that projects stay on track and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Jira) and reporting tools (e.g. MS Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a flexible working model that allows you to manage your time to suit your personal circumstances and needs.
