About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator Specialist to join our team in Bella Vista, Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who can lead projects in a sustainable and innovative industry.

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or related roles. A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects from start to finish.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate resources and allocate tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Follow Up on Tasks and Deliverables: Track and monitor progress, and follow up on outstanding tasks and deliverables.
  • Track and Monitor Projects: Regularly review and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare Project Reports: Compile and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure project success.
  • Provide Post-Implementation Support: Offer support to clients post-project implementation, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and reporting tools (e.g., MS Power BI).
  • Understanding of project management methodologies.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and information.
What We Offer

A competitive salary package of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with your skills and experience level.
