Travel Coordinator

This position exists to manage and coordinate all corporate travel for CEDoW employees, requiring comprehensive experience, skills, and knowledge in this field. It also supports the front counter administrative requirements of Reception Services within Catholic Education Diocese of Wollongong's office location in Wollongong.
About You- Minimum of three years experience in an office administration environment
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating domestic travel bookings, liaising with hotel operators, flight carriers, and cabcharge
- Able to demonstrate evidence of monthly reconciliation of complex travel charges
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff across teams and external suppliers in the delivery of services
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency and experience in Google and MS Office suite of applications
- Possess excellent communication skills
- A positive approach to work and ability to take initiative
- Minimum Certificate III in Travel or Business Administration
This role is classified as child-related work and therefore we require a working with children clearance to be completed prior to your commencement with us.
