About the Role

As a Senior Infrastructure Coordinator at Stantec, you will lead projects across NSW in designing and relocating utilities for major infrastructure projects.

You will work on coordinating utility design teams, collaborating with clients to design innovative solutions, and ensuring relevant timeframes and budgets are met.

This role offers flexible work arrangements and can be based in either Sydney or Wollongong.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate Utility Design teams
  • Work with all utilities authorities
  • Lead projects from lodgements to completion
  • Collaborate with clients to design innovative solutions
  • Data analysis and interpretation to achieve project goals
  • Design coordination and submission of proposals
  • Attend project/client meetings and engage in community consultation
  • Undertake field work and site inspections
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Utilities Coordinator and/or Water Service Coordinator
  • Good understanding of all utilities authorities' policies and procedures
  • Previous experience in project management on Sydney Water projects
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Experience in developing junior engineers
  • Understanding of relevant software (12D, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, MS packages)
  • Excellent drafting skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid drivers' license and willingness to travel locally
