National Sales and Customer Experience Director

About the Role:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for enhancing customer experiences, maximising sales opportunities, and strengthening our brand across New South Wales.
This role requires an experienced multi-site retailer with a strong track record in coaching selling skills and managing sales performance. Key Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring KPIs and managing team performance to achieve sales targets
- Utilising commercial acumen to drive sales outcomes
- Leading and motivating showroom teams to meet sales targets
- Training and developing teams to deliver exceptional service
- Managing rosters to ensure maximum staff coverage
- Identifying opportunities to drive customer traffic into showrooms
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising
About You:
- Prior experience in managing and motivating teams in a multi-site retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales teams through training, coaching, and performance management using KPIs
- Exceptional conflict resolution and complaint handling skills
- Sales experience in premium showroom environments
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Able to maintain high attention to detail in areas such as customer ordering and visual presentation standards
We are offering an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$150,000 for this exciting opportunity.
