About the Role:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for enhancing customer experiences, maximising sales opportunities, and strengthening our brand across New South Wales.

This role requires an experienced multi-site retailer with a strong track record in coaching selling skills and managing sales performance. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring KPIs and managing team performance to achieve sales targets
  • Utilising commercial acumen to drive sales outcomes
  • Leading and motivating showroom teams to meet sales targets
  • Training and developing teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Managing rosters to ensure maximum staff coverage
  • Identifying opportunities to drive customer traffic into showrooms
  • Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising

About You:

  • Prior experience in managing and motivating teams in a multi-site retail environment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales teams through training, coaching, and performance management using KPIs
  • Exceptional conflict resolution and complaint handling skills
  • Sales experience in premium showroom environments
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Able to maintain high attention to detail in areas such as customer ordering and visual presentation standards

We are offering an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$150,000 for this exciting opportunity.
