Global Sales Development Manager

National Corporate Housing is a leading provider of temporary housing program management for global business travel and corporate relocations. As a Global Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting all National Corporate Housing Services to new and existing clients in the Sydney market.
This role requires a strategic selling approach to market local housing products to decision makers within businesses that fit NCH's ideal client profile. You will work with a local market team and report to the Regional Director to strategically focus sales efforts on generation of year-round profitable business opportunities.
The selected person needs to have a professional image, strong communication, business development and customer service skills. At National Corporate Housing, we support our Business Development Representatives by offering a lead generation specialist, who's role is to support you in researching potential leads within the verticals you require.

Responsibilities- Work with a local market team and report to the Regional Director to strategically focus sales efforts on generation of year-round profitable business opportunities
- Generate revenue through new business opportunities using a consultative selling approach
- Grow existing client revenue through presenting all product and service lines to different segments within each organization
- Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles and client portfolios effectively
- Maintain all sales activity and sales cycle progress in CRM
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus uncapped monthly commissions.
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not required
- Strategic Thinking – Ability to systematically solve problems and hypothesize possible customer pain points, expectations and implicit needs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- MUST be a hunter, business development
- Must be able to offer and implement creative solutions in the selling process
