About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales and Marketing Director to join our team at Agribusiness Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop and implement a commercially astute sales strategy and plan, focusing on increasing sales nationally with a key emphasis in the eastern states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • To work closely with the management team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • To lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • To maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • To collaborate with various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, to drive business success.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies. They will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. A competitive salary package is being offered to the right candidate, estimated to be around $120,000 per annum.
