- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new institutional clients, including superannuation funds, asset managers, private banks, and asset consultants.">
- Collaborate with the Head of Institutional Sales to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.">
- Conduct investment strategy sessions with fund manager selection teams and asset allocation teams to identify opportunities for growth.">
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management.">
- Monitor financial performance of underlying companies and ensure that funds perform in line with investment objectives.">
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to provide strategic advice to clients.">
- Liaise with internal colleagues, such as Portfolio Management and Investment Strategy Teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns.">
Requirements

- Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in finance or a related field.">
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the asset management industry, with a proven track record in sales or business development.">
- Practical knowledge of exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and general market structure.">
- Ability to make decisions quickly in a high-pressure environment and adapt to changing market conditions.">
- Experience using specialized financial software, such as Morningstar Direct, and developing Excel models to analyze client data.">
