Job Summary:

">

The Senior Fund Accounting Manager will lead transformation and implementation initiatives within our Australian Fund Accounting groups, guiding subordinate team members in performance management, training, and development.

">

This role conducts performance reviews, identifies skill gaps, and establishes performance standards for the business unit. The successful candidate will make staffing decisions, ensure resource allocation, and direct staff activities as a subject area expert.

Main Responsibilities:

">

Conduct performance management and career development processes, providing input and hands-on training to staff. Manage new client onboardings onto our accounting platform, working closely with internal and external stakeholders for successful implementation.

">

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within Fund Accounting groups, developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational effectiveness. Develop periodic goals, organize work, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

">

Lead change initiatives, manage new product implementations, and restructures across all Fund Accounting Clients. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication.

Maintain risk management and compliance programs for assigned groups, operating independently with in-depth knowledge of the business unit/function.

">

As a subject matter expert, provide comprehensive consulting and leadership to teams and partners at a high technical level.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.">

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum
