Senior Fund Finance Specialist

Job Overview:This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all matters relating to the account.
- You will work closely with management and junior staff to ensure the quality of work produced for clients;
- You will review and finalize work submitted by junior staff before presenting it to senior level staff;
- You will have the opportunity to attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as accounting, finance, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up alternative investment funds and liaise with third-party specialists, including tax advisors, lawyers, and notaries;
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of funds, coordinating with investors and fund managers as needed;
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and regulatory documents for fund entities;
- Coordinate audits and reviews of financial statements and other reports;
- Manage investor relationships, including onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and shareholder statements;
- Organize board meetings and shareholder meetings;
- Review tax returns and maintain relationships with tax authorities;
Requirements:
- A university degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics;
- Fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CPAA, CIMA, ACA);
- 3-5 years of experience in alternative investment fund administration, audit, or domiciliation;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
