Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Accounting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of our funds run smoothly, including managing third-party relationships, preparing Net Asset Value calculations, and reviewing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking care of fund administration, including maintaining accurate records and communicating with stakeholders;
  • Coordinating investor onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and shareholder statements;
  • Supporting Senior Officers and Managers in delivering high-quality work to clients;
  • Liaising with tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries during the setup process of new funds;
  • Assisting in the preparation of periodic reports and regulatory filings;
  • Maintaining a proactive approach to taking on additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • A strong academic background with qualifications in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA);
  • Prior experience in financial services, especially with alternative investment funds (private equity, real estate, etc.);
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong IT literacy, particularly in Excel and Word; knowledge of eFront and Yardi systems is advantageous;
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
