Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to join our team, responsible for managing a portfolio of institutional clients and providing exceptional service.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Manage client relationships across multiple clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering superior service;
  • Ensure timely delivery of scheme regulatory lodgments and other key activities in accordance with company policies;
  • Assist senior managers in ensuring compliance is managed appropriately, including monitoring service providers and assisting with on-boarding and integration of new business;
  • Develop and maintain operational relationships with key service providers and manage the off-boarding of schemes that are winding up;
  • Present at board meetings and participate in disclosure document and fund promotion material due diligence if required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial services or a related field;
  • Prior experience servicing institutional clients, preferably in a corporate trust environment;
  • Strong knowledge of trusts and fund structures, with experience in the managed funds industry;
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships;
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure;
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
