About the Role

Premier Professional is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to drive business results and improve employee performance.
  • Industrial Relations: Provide guidance and support on industrial relations matters, including collective bargaining and dispute resolution.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
