About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Beam Suntory. As a key member of our People, Culture & Communications (PCC) team, you will play a critical role in delivering effective and efficient services to the business.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Senior HR Manager to deliver key initiatives within the People & Culture Project Workstream for Suntory Oceania, including organizational change efforts and activities.
Effectively manage day-to-day HR activities and processes, providing advice, support, and guidance to managers and employees across a range of issues, including recruitment, retention, remuneration, and benefits.
Work closely with the Senior HR Manager to deliver the Oceania Mid-Term People Plan, including key strategic priorities under our core pillars - Premium Employee Experiences, Strategic Talent Management, Organisational Effectiveness, and DEI.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or other relevant subject.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
3-5+ years' experience in a HR generalist position.
Experience in the FMCG or service sector highly desirable.
Culturally savvy, with the ability to work across multiple borders and cultures.
