Keegan Adams is a leading Australian Not-For-Profit organization that provides community services across NSW and the ACT. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team as a trusted advisor and partner to our senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations: Maintain up-to-date HR records and profiles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Research and Analysis: Analyze data to provide key research and insights, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Conduct studies to provide organizational information and develop recommendations and implementation plans to address challenges and strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster excellent relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to provide guidance and direction on HR issues and plans, including change management, performance management, retention, and engagement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve and transform the general HR function, including policies, systems, and frameworks, and work with the wider HR team to align resources.
  • Business Partnership: Take ownership of responsibilities and strive to achieve business objectives and goals, being the trusted advisor and partner to senior leaders in the business.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10 years minimum of experience in human resources, ideally with a background in a Not-For-Profit environment.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree, with an additional HR qualification desirable.
  • Skills: Proven experience of coaching and influencing senior stakeholders, navigating a complex organization, and providing innovative ideas to problems.
  • Knowledge: Excellent understanding of employment laws, workplace best practices, regulatory compliance, and governance.
  • Communication: Strong communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Travel: Travel across NSW and ACT will be required, so must have your own car and license.
