About the Role:

Tandem is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Human Resources Business Partner to play a crucial role in building and sustaining a high-performing workforce. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide HR expertise, coaching, and support to leaders and employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to senior leadership teams on all aspects of human resources management, including performance management, coaching, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring requirements and source top talent.
  • Partner with leaders to identify areas of risk and opportunities for improvement in employee engagement and performance.
  • Develop and maintain regular HR reports and dashboards to monitor key people priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legislative requirements, fostering a positive employee experience.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted HR partner.
  • Regularly engage with staff to understand their needs and provide support.

Key Competencies:

  • A strategic and commercial HR Business Partner with a high level of professionalism, collaboration, and engagement.
  • Proven experience in driving high performance across teams, with strong coaching and consulting skills. Strong communication skills, with a high level of responsiveness to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a broad HR generalist role, ideally within a complex organization.
  • Experience working within a multi-site environment.
  • Proven experience in a partnering role, providing advisory support and coaching for staff, managers, and leaders.
