Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Brand Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of commercial and product marketing strategies and plans to achieve brand growth objectives. This includes market analysis, positioning, segmentation, forecasting, product launches, pricing strategies, and demand generation campaigns. You will also identify growth opportunities for Montu's product portfolio, track and analyze the effectiveness of current marketing initiatives, and optimize accordingly. Additionally, you will develop and implement product launch strategies, work with cross-functional teams to develop new brands, and lead the development of visual narratives that tell the brand's story and engage audiences across different touchpoints.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Senior Brand Marketing Executive at Montu, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years experience as a product/brand manager within Healthcare.
  • An effective leader who role models ownership to drive the team deliver above-market performance.
  • Proven experience with Category Management.
  • Proven Experience marketing to HCPs (Health Care Professionals).
  • Proven experience developing strategic marketing plans that generated growth.
  • Proven expertise in crafting new brand identities, encompassing messaging and packaging development.
  • Experience developing and executing product launch strategies and campaigns.
  • Highly skilled in analyzing and interpreting data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.
  • Strong understanding of a clinical audience and ensure campaigns effectively target and engage the intended audience, in particular for prescription-based medicines.
  • Experience anticipating market trends, identifying opportunities, and formulating strategies that give the brand a competitive edge.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
