Job Description

As a Senior Brand Marketing Manager at Montu, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brands and products. This role requires a strategic mindset and a strong background in product marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage market analysis, positioning, segmentation, forecasting, product launches, pricing strategies, and demand generation campaigns to drive brand growth.
  • Identify growth opportunities for Montu's product portfolio and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of current marketing initiatives and optimize accordingly.
  • Develop and implement product launch strategies that generate buzz and drive sales.

Brand Identity Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new brands, including visual identity, messaging, style guides, and packaging.
  • Define and communicate the unique value proposition of Montu's brands.
  • Develop strategies to ensure effective product positioning of existing and new products.
  • Craft clear and compelling brand messaging and unique value propositions to stay competitive in the market.

Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and events, targeting healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor sales results and adjust product focus/promotional plans accordingly.
  • Create a campaign calendar to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities.

Marketing Collateral Creation:

  • Develop marketing collateral briefs for creative and content teams, including eDMs, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Oversee content creation and distribution, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications and collateral.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Data-Driven Decision Making and Reporting:

  • Analyze market data, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Adjust brand strategies based on performance metrics and market dynamics.
  • Utilize data analytics to understand the drivers of success and areas for improvement.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years experience as a product/brand manager within the Healthcare industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Experience with category management and developing strategic marketing plans that generate growth.
