Job Description:
  • We are looking for a results-driven marketing expert to develop and implement innovative strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • You will conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer insights, and collaborate with the wider marketing team to create impactful campaigns.
  • Your key responsibilities will include managing and optimising the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI, analysing marketing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • You will also collaborate with external agencies to produce high-quality promotional materials and ensure all marketing activities align with the company's brand identity and mission.

The Successful Applicant:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is essential.
  • You should have proven experience in a similar marketing role within the FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent project management skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and adept data analysis and reporting skills are also required.
  • Adept at communicating complex ideas effectively and possessing outstanding communication skills, creative flair, and a collaborative mindset are must-haves.
