We are seeking an experienced Global Brand Marketing Lead to join our team at Lion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and exceed consumer expectations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand strategies and plans that influence long-term consumer behavior and drive commercial success.
  • Lead core brand innovation projects and oversee launch plans to bring new ideas to market effectively.
  • Analyze brand performance using data insights and recommend adjustments to meet both short- and long-term goals.
  • Collaborate across teams and maintain strong internal and external relationships to ensure campaigns align with brand strategy and deliver impactful results.
Requirements
  • Proven marketing experience with demonstrated success in driving business growth.
  • Expertise in brand strategy, planning, and development, including Brand DNA.
  • Ability to generate actionable insights from consumer and commercial data.
  • Understanding of the role of communications, innovation, availability, and pricing in driving demand.
