ABOUT THIS ROLE
Audible is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Director to drive the development and delivery of impactful marketing and communication campaigns in Australia. This 15-month parental leave cover role will span across advertising, communications, brand, and talent collaborations to deliver business objectives.
ABOUT YOU
You are a strategic thinker who can act tactically with high attention to detail. You are recognized as an expert in communicating externally with customers to drive awareness, consideration, reaction, and response, and internally with senior management and stakeholders to bring people on board and drive forward ideas.
As a Senior Marketing Director, you will lead the marketing strategy and implementation of premium content for release in Australia, supporting Original and 3P releases. Your goal will be to maximize talent promotion through creation of high-impact promotional assets and dissemination over partner channels, aiming to grow awareness and engagement via paid, owned, and earned media. You will also lead Australian brand marketing for Audible offerings, partnering with global teams to ensure brand alignment and execution based on overall direction. Additionally, you will create plans that will be rolled out across all marketing channels, based on in-depth marketing research and customer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement.
- Lead the creation of high-quality content for various marketing channels.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to manage projects and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing decisions.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of activity to determine campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
