Job Description: Senior Marketing Director
As Senior Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading all agencies, contractors, and an in-house team - across performance media, content, design, SEO, events & customer marketing. Delivering a revenue results approach as a team, while consistently looking at ways to maximize ROI from all marketing channels. You will ideate and execute creative ways to take our brand to market, positioning us as the best at what we do with SMEs and large enterprises. Brand and revenue expansion locally and globally is also your responsibility, continuing our national expansion, growing our lead generation engine globally, and growing brand recognition. Managing and building out a team that works alongside you to execute marketing goals is also key. Managing the go-to-market-launch of new services across the brands and owning optimal performance of all our online assets, as well as for upcoming new brands launched, are other essential duties. A data-driven approach to marketing ensures ROI is tracked across all activity, consistently reported on, and fed back to the board for further analysis. Spearheading our Awards & Industry recognition strategy by working closely with internal stakeholders to craft quality submissions that win us key awards is another critical responsibility. Working hand in hand with the Head of Sales to ensure sales & marketing are 100% aligned, creating a continual constructive feedback loop to maximize returns from marketing is also crucial. Collaborating tightly with the Chief Customer Officer to support with brand evangelism, case studies, testimonials, client referrals, targeted client marketing campaigns, client events & more is another vital duty.

Requirements
5+ years' experience in Marketing as Chief Marketing Officer or Head of Marketing
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Events, Content, Email marketing, PR, Social Media marketing.
Focusing on marketing that delivers revenue results.
Google, Hub Spot, SEO certifications would be highly desirable.
Have a proven track record coming up with creative campaign ideas and seeing complex projects through to the end.
Data-driven mindset, with a focus on measurement and evaluating success.
Strong design sensibility and understanding of effective brand presentation.
Have the ability to be hands-on, and comfortable in driving both strategy and day-to-day execution.
Excited about working in an always changing and evolving industry.
Have a positive and can-do attitude with high energy and ambition, with the capability to swiftly navigate obstacles.
Solutions and outcomes focused.
Experience with cold outreach and established connections with partners in the niche, including familiarity with ad measurement platforms.
