About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Sales Strategist to join our team at KBH Solutions. This pivotal role will drive revenue, expand international market share, and raise the global profile of our wildlife parks.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is a mixture of hands-on sales and strategy. You will have extensive experience in managing relationships with inbound tour operators, overseas wholesalers, and travel agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and maximise revenue, aiming to exceed annual sales targets.
  • Design and execute sales strategies, including securing tour inclusions and identifying new business opportunities from international markets.
  • Manage all international advertising activities in cooperation with trade partners and industry organisations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with inbound tour operators, overseas travel wholesalers, and agents.
  • Leverage expertise in online travel agents to boost listings, enhance bookings, and drive visibility in international markets.
  • Develop tactical sales plans targeting international markets, focusing on strategic meetings with key partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events domestically and internationally.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales activity, booking statistics, and forecasts.
About You
  • You are a self-starter with the ability to analyse competition market positioning across both B2B and B2C segments.
  • You have extensive experience managing relationships with inbound tour operators, overseas wholesalers, and travel agents.
  • You possess strong networks in the tourism industry and a thorough understanding of international tourism distribution networks.
  • You have strong organisational, interpersonal, relationship management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • You have a proven track record of delivering results within tourism.
  • You can work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • You hold a valid NSW driver's licence.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a salary range of $130K - $150K, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
