Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and analyzing industry data to stay up-to-date with market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Market Analysis: Analyze industry data and market trends to stay informed and make informed business decisions.
  4. Sales and Presentation: Prepare and present sales pitches to clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
  6. Cross-Selling: Develop an in-depth understanding of Vulcan's services to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably with a background in fabrication or trades.
  2. Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  3. Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills to effectively use sales and marketing tools.
