The Role:
  1. Manage a small portfolio of 90 properties end-to-end, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and results.
  2. No routine inspections, trust accounting, or BDM responsibilities.
  3. Conduct entry and exit inspections, maintenance, and arrears management.
  4. Attend QCAT hearings as required.
  5. Potential to further your skillset in Body Corporate if desired.
Benefits:
  1. Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with no weekends or after-hours call outs.
  2. Luxury development location, with all properties in one spot.
  3. $70k to $75k + super, with regular salary reviews.
  4. Hands-on Operations Manager who will support your growth.

Requirements:
  1. 1-2+ years of Property Management experience.
  2. QLD Certificate of Registration.
  3. Strong legislation knowledge.
  4. High level of attention to detail.
  5. Strong organisational skills.
  6. Outstanding telephone manner and time management.
  7. Corporate presentation.
  8. Valid driver's license.
