About the Role

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth of EVSE Australia Pty by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand the company's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify Partnership Opportunities: Research and identify potential business partners that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop New Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, suppliers, and customers.
  • Think Critically: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
  • Execute Strategies: Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, including identifying new revenue streams and expanding existing partnerships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a business development role.
  • Industry-Related Business Development Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the electric vehicle charging industry.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven Knowledge and Execution of Successful Development Strategies: A proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies, with a focus on driving growth and revenue.
