Sales and Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our Sales and Business Development teams in driving the sales process, managing key reporting duties, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities include:
- Reporting: Weekly sales updates, meeting minutes, finance reports, and external partner reports.
- BDM Support: Finance updates, title date changes, deposit follow-ups, invoicing, post-sales assistance, House & Land pricing, and brochures.
- Contract Preparation: Draft and distribute new construction contracts.
- Marketing Support: Event prep, presentations, on-site/off-site support, occasional after-hours/weekend work.
- Other Duties: Land transaction assistance, stock list management (if needed), and general day-to-day management assistance.
- Support of the overall sales process where required
Suitable candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in sales associate/coordination/administrator roles, preferably in the residential space. They will also possess strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A high attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
In exchange for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of AU$75,000 - AU$90,000 per annum + super, depending on your level of experience.
