About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AgTech Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients across South Australia.

Job Summary:
  • Manage day-to-day prospecting and engagement with customers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise customer conversions
  • Prepare and monitor Customer Sales Measurable Action Plans
  • Build valued and trusted relationships with both existing and potential customers
  • Present weekly/monthly reports to the CEO/Sales Manager
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in a dynamic and fast-paced sales and key account management role
  • Strong knowledge of the agricultural sector, particularly around South Australia
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and outcomes, preferably in AgTech solutions
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
  • A current Driver's License

You will also have a proactive approach to developing and maintaining customer relationships and a willingness to travel within the specified regions.

The estimated salary for this role is $105,000 - $125,000 per annum + superannuation.
